Qualifications
15+ years of experience in leadership roles related to professional
services or operations
7+ years of people management experience with a proven ability to
lead high-performing teams
Strong track record of analyzing business priorities and executing
long-term strategies
Experience in driving large-scale, cross-functional projects
Demonstrated ability to build support services that enhance mission
success
